3. I think Marriott's contracting out of all of these important services is a mistake, in particular contracting out the concierge service.

It's a 'family' resort which I made the big mistake of staying here as a single successful guy who wants to get away from these people: Crying babies, screaming children, shouting parents (biggest mystery: Why do parents shout at their children like no one is around? I don't care what the brats did - tell it them, not the world).

7. ProblemsI'll preface this part of the review by saying that I think I"m a pretty reasonable traveler in terms of expectations- I think mistakes happen, and the true value of a property can be judged by how well they resolve problems to the satisfaction of the customer.
