1. unfortunately, the cover was not adjustable so you can't control the amount of sun/shade.

2. unfortunately, we did not enjoy our overall experience for the following reasons: -the beds were way too soft and lumpy (my back STILL hurts)-the walls were THIN - we heard everything the family was doing above us early in the morning, and the sprinkler right outside our front door which went on for an hour at 5 am each day-the restaurant was lack luster.

3. unfortunately, this rule is often broken, and it can be very annoying having to listen to loud, ongoing, and mindless conversations while trying to read and relax.

4. They have four pools, unfortunately the infinite pool is only open to adults.

5. You should expect a lot more from this hotel chain for presentation and quality but unfortunately you will get plastic chairs and plastic tables, mediocre and bland tasting food and a less than average Polynesian show despite the great effort from the participating dancers.

8. The resort is nice because of it's location but unfortunately we all agreed we wouldn't return (we plan on visiting maui every year) because of the really uncomfortable beds.
