1. The only very minor complaint we had was that check-in can be very slow.

4. ) Upon entering our room which was in the tower, the room was clean and ready to go - no complaints (some reviews complained about the beds, but they were very relaxing to dive into at the end of the day in my opinion).

5. I have no complaints whatsoever other than the fact that my room location wasn't the quietest--it was on the second floor and right near the hotel entrance/reception area so on Fri and Sat night it was a little noisy as people were coming and going.

7. As far as the pools go, my only complaint is that the adult pool doesn't have its own hot tub, but it didn't stop us from going to the other pool, which had two.
