2. If it hadn't been for the poor reception and check-in process and the soft bed, I would have given the Wailea Marriott a higher rating.

3. We saw the lame set up of the Marriotts and the plastic chairs and poor props and set and walked over to Grand Wailea and WOW, what a nice wedding-like show.

4. You are obligated to pay $30/day for services you do not even use??? Very poor to non existing customer service at the front desk.

5. week over holidays at marriott wailea, we upgraded to suite (family of 5)bedding was poor - beds very softinternet was incredibly slow in room (not worth the $15/day) - free wifi at starbucks okaylimited food outlets on property, buffet okay for breakfast - make sure you give marriott rewards number at check-in (go online and get prior) as F&B is 30% off for marriott rewards membersnice beaches & poolspools/slides not as cool as at Grand Wailea next door but Marriott much better suited if you have kids <8 or so.
