4. But, if you really wanted us to purchase, shouldn't you put your best foot forward and treat us as owners? Also, we had to have the mattress replaced because it was mishaped and very uncomfortable (so how old was it?), and the shower had mold growing in the tile grout.

5. As we don't have children, we thought we would feel uncomfortable in a resort setting however the structure of the pools and jacuzzis and villas around the resort made it feel like you were always in a your own private space.

8. We were also urged to upgrade to one of the one-bedroom suites for an additional $500, which we declined, because it felt a bit high-pressure and we were already feeling uncomfortable with the approach (although if handled differently, I think we would have appreciated the larger space).
