4. I followed up to ask about motorcycle rentals and got a link to scooter rentals; fortunately I had already found the Harley-Davidson Kauai rental place myself on the Internet (I'm shocked the concierge didn't know about it, nor did they ask questions to find out what kind of bike we wanted).
