1. Our stay started out poorly with our studio villa not ready until just after 4PM (I realize they say check-in is @ 4PM but in over 40+ years of traveling around the world I've never been unable to check-in early).
"After Maui Stay a diffinate change of pace " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/9/2012 Vote
2. Our first day at the hotel started poorly, from the slow and frustrating check-in process, then on to the concierge who acted as if we were interrupting his day, followed by waiting 5 hours for a room (well past the check in time).
"Do NOT stay here if you appreciate friendly-helpful customer service " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/2/2011 Vote
3. Resort Amenities - several swimming pools, gym, convenience market (small poorly stocked in comparison to Westin's Maui properties), convenience suite, limited room service, wireless (and wired) internet at no fee, satellite tv, on-site restaurant, and shuttle to sister property and nearby shopping area.
"Underwhelmed " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/6/2009 Vote
4. The main room was a decent size and although they indicate flat screen TV's, unfortunately the signal comes in poorly therefore you really do not get a chance to enjoy the capabilities of the TV.
"Beautiful Resort " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/22/2009 Vote
5. even the worst dive in Kapa'a is better than this tacky, poorly designed embarassment.
"it is a travesty " Read full review on YahooTravel   1/9/2009 Vote
6. Surprisingly, the electrical and lights are poorly designed.
"Would NEVER go back " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/9/2008 Vote
