1. In fact, when we asked the concierge a question during one of the nice days, the person was rude that 'we should've expected this, it's the winter, get used to it.

5. In short, I'd say this place is not professionally run, the villa kitchens are critically short of real ovens, the equipment is not kept in good repair, the staff can be rude, and they don't use common sense in dealing with customers.
