3. Our first day at the hotel started poorly, from the slow and frustrating check-in process, then on to the concierge who acted as if we were interrupting his day, followed by waiting 5 hours for a room (well past the check in time).

4. Housekeeping called us early each morning to ask when they could clean our room, and basically chased us out one day, saying it needed to be done then or not at all, which was a bit frustrating.
