3. I just have to say that the view at the St Regis is better just because you have a straight view of the Napali Coast, but the Westin is still awesome and you are looking at the ocean - can't complain.

4. The room was a bit small if you are using the sofa bed too, but overall couldn't complain.

9. We called to complain because not only would the rooms not be able to be properly cleaned but it is a huge inconvenience when you are returning from a day at the beach and are unable to shower for your 5pm dinner reservation or to start cooking.
