1. * If you want to avoid noisy kids, one of the smaller pools and hot tubs is designated as a 'quiet area', and it was nearly empty the whole time we were there.

The 'rooms' are all decorated alike, so there is little chance of you getting a room with furnishings you don't like (unless, of course, you don't like the clean, semi-modern look of Westins), and you will have a 'heavenly bed' (which I personally don't like - too many noisy sheets and non-substantional pillows) and a 'heavenly shower' (2 shower heads).
