1. The front desk staff, bell staff, & valet all went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly - special thanks to Filipe' (sorry if that's spelt wrong) for helping me get tons of stuff to my room at 3am in the morning - 3 trips with luggage carts piled sky high.

2. Now, don't get me wrong, it was a very nice room and the price plus the free shuttle to Disney is worth it but next time I am paying extra for the tower (personal preference).

7. I have spent my stay here almost TRYING to find stuff wrong and besides the minor issues with the ac leak and the shower, i could not find any.
