8. My inital impression of the Hotel was of disapointment, it looked a bit shabby and dated, however work is being carried out to improve this,Our room was comfortable and clean, the beds were amazing, (twin room) we slept like logs every night, very comfy.

10. I was surprised that a resort on Disney property would have such low standards of cleanliness in their rooms, not to mention the AC was out-dated and so terrible that everything in the room felt wet - including the contents of our suitcases by the next day.
