1. Parking issues was problem for my attendees.

2. The only problem that was experienced was the AC kept cutting out at around Noon and by the time they were able to get the AC back on the meeting rooms were in the 80's.

3. Great location, across the street from downtown disney, the pool was nice, the rooms are very small, we had a problem with cleaning the room but the supervisor name Chris was so understanding and tried his best to make us happy, and the Manager, Mark, was very helpful.

7. The first few years the front desk staff were nice to deal with however in recent years they were not very helpful when you had a problem.

8. the staff on the lobby were friendly and helped if we had any problems and we didnt have a car to get to universal so the staff there took us at a charge of $50 there and back i think its more expensive to get a taxi.

9. The bus service to the parks is good, every 30 mins from outside the hotel and we never had any problems.
