1. The following day, they were given a room but when asking for compensation for us all, as we had all had to accept not being together, management considered it unnecessary to include us in the 3 day breakfast that they were offering for messing up our holidays together.

4. They were doing painting around the front entrance to the hotel so that was a mess and needed to walk down the driveway hill to catch the shuttle bus which comes about every 30 minutes (no protection from rain while waiting).

6. We arrive at the hotel at 5:00pm, after saw all the mess, Rafael told us were gonna have a new room, we when to Downtown Disney and at 1:00 am when we get back nothing was done, we even had the same room, with the same mess, We went to the front desk and thats when Sylvia helped us a lot.
