1. I would suggest walking two minutes across the street to downtown Disney where you will find better and less expensive options.

8. the staff on the lobby were friendly and helped if we had any problems and we didnt have a car to get to universal so the staff there took us at a charge of $50 there and back i think its more expensive to get a taxi.

In the hotel breakfast in the restaurant was quite expensive, however in the foyer there is a 24 hour cafe which we found excellent for breakfast (muffins with sausage and egg or bacon and egg, or trays with bacon, scrambled eggs, muffin and potatoes) or a selection of cereals, yogurts fruit etc.
