1. Even when I knew the hotel is still going under some renovations I saw the construction workers a few times during my stay but I wasn't disturb by any noise or any job that they're were doing.

2. My favorite experience: On the morning of our departure, about 2 minutes after i woke up (seriously), a maid knocked on the door, although we had the 'Do not disturb' sign up.

3. Also, housekeeping came a bit early as well, we didn't have a do not disturb sign at all so we were woken by housekeeping and had to ask them to come back later.

8. room was nice and clean, bathtub was nice for kids, first nights when it was cold the fen was first little disturbing cause it was so loud but that is a minor thing.

9. It would seem that new staff should be able to rely on the senior staff for support, but in this case for each question I asked, the supervisor (who was in the back room) would have to be consulted, then when he later appeared, he seemed irritated that he was disturbed.
