SO AT THIS POINT I'M IRRATE AND ONCE AGAIN MY DAUGHTER AND I HEAD OVER TO THE LOBBY AND WHEN I GET THERE I ADVISE THE CLERK WHO IS HELPING ME ABOUT ALL THE INCONVENIENCE HAPPENING AND ADVISE HER THAT AT THIS POINT I AM SO OVER EVERYBODY'S ALLEGED UNDERSTANDING AND PSEUDOEMPATHY ( WITH THE EXCEPTION OF RANDY AND MEGAN) AND THAT I JUST WANT THE SITUATION FIXED.
