4. we did speak to a nother family and they had massive holes in there room and wanted to be moved but had a hell of lot of arguing before this happened and that items of clothing went missing from there room the front desk were unhelpful and passed the blame onto night shift.

5. There are desks in the lobby were helpful employees will give you information about the parks etc but please ensure you do not ask anything about UNIVERSAL as they then appear to be most unhelpful people around.

6. we did eventually get the room we paid for which was kept very clean, beds were changed frequently and clean towels were provided daily, this is a nice hotel but the desk service is very poor,we thought maybe we were just unlucky but other people commented on their unhelpful manner aswell.

7. For some reason this trip was wrought with problems (Disneyworld has become such a rip off-$$$wise) Their people and customer service when planning the trip were so unhelpful.
