1. unfortunately something the hotel has very control over, is what has made our stay not as much fun as it could have been.

4. - unfortunately we didn't find this out until two days before we left, but there is a store in the brand new plaza directly across the road from the hotel called ABC - and it is amazing.

5. the unfortunate thing was we arrived a day after the horrible rains they had, for the first time ever the lagoons and beaches surrounding us were all closed due to contamination from the land fill run off.

9. So let's move onto value; would you want to pay 5 star prices for a hotel that has problems with sanitation, rude staff and disappointing rooms? unfortunately we did, about $400 per night.
