1. not the fault of the JW Marriott, but perhaps they could do something about the loudness of the Disney ceremonies at night, the screaming children from the Disney resort invading the peace of the Marriott's pool, and the rudeness of the Disney employees asking every second where you are staying when you are swimming at the lagoon that the JW Marriott supposedly SHARES.

8. So let's move onto value; would you want to pay 5 star prices for a hotel that has problems with sanitation, rude staff and disappointing rooms? Unfortunately we did, about $400 per night.
