The rooms are run down, old and frankly had quite a bit of
mold
in showers, and corners of rooms.

There was
mold
in the shower and it should be attended to if you are going to call this a 5 star resort.

The interior of the room was ready (though the bathroom wasn't particularly clean, some
mold
in the shower and the bathtub had hairs, etc), but the lanai area was very dirty with pigeon poop.

Cracked marble in the bathtub, super-cheap 'sand-paper' toilet paper, bugs in the room, construction debris in the light fixture, and
mold
in the entryway.
"Run-down, bad location, too expensive. Not worth it. "

If a hotel wants to paint everything white it should at least make sure it is clean, our room which overlooked the pool area, was very dirty,
mold
in shower also.

Let's just say the cleaning/maintenance was very poor, for example the
mold
in my 5 star shower and dirty elevators (see pic).
