2. We had a problem with our room that we could feel the cigarette smell from the smoke area, despite of being on the 11th floor; the staff, from the guys on the front desk to their managers, did everything they could to move us from to a different room.

9. The room bath/toilets were poorly cleaned and often smelled, the hotel has construction going on next to it with noise all day long on the lagoon beach, and the menu at the hotel resaurants can not compete with what is available in downtown Waikiki.
