1. Not a terrible hassle, but what is the point of a Do Not Disturb sign if the staff ignore it? Finally, an issue with the location of our room.

4. Morning rush hour traffic (7-9am) from Ihilani to downtown is terrible (add extra 45min-hour); and if you're going from downtown to Ihilani don't get stuck in opposite commute traffic between 3-6pm.
