1. Also to note, wireless Internet access was spotty in both rooms, there wasn't a business office to print anything out, and two of our keycards stopped working (we had a few among us so we didn't need to get another issued but that could have been highly irritating otherwise).

2. The only issue I had with the hotel, when you closed your door to your room, it would slam and shake the entire floor(not a big deal in the daytime or early evening, but late in the evening, thats all you heard)They need automatic door closers for the rooms.

4. The staff for the most part was nice and tried to accommodate when issues were pointed out, but it didn't make up for the fact that they had to -- the bathroom was dirty when we got there, the continental breakfast was positively awful, one waitress hadn't the faintest idea of how to do her job, etc.

5. The food was a little limited but there are so many great restaurants in this area, we didnt find it an issue.

7. The Manager Martina never came to the front to address any customer complaints or issues, instead she just made the Representative take all the complaints.
