1. Was never so disappointed about a hotel, staff doesn't care about your experience of stay, room keeping is non-existent (leaves dirt on floor, forgets cleaning products in bathroom etc.

2. This isn't me being just a dirt freak; it's simply that if you're going to have an all white decor, it needs to be maintained, and the Sagamore doesn't do that.

3. However, white has a tendency to show dirt and stains, so if that's the look you're going for you'd better be prepared to repaint / replace anything that gets marked.
