6. SERVICE - The people complaining about hotel staff in other reviews must be very rude themselves because everyone we encountered was so friendly and smiley.

9. But we can't complain too much, because we stayed at a hip, luxurious hotel, during a very busy time, for over 50% off the regular rate.
