1. Being that i read so many bad review about small rooms and dirty old hotels we felt really blessed to be at this hotel in that suit .

2. My children were supposed to sleep on a fold out couch, but the turn down service did not give them pillowcases and only one sheet to cover the dirty matress, and the blanket felt like it had never been washed.

3. The space is beautiful, but the hotel is dirty, the cleaning staff on permanent vacation, and on the off chance you can find someone to help you, they're arrogant or brain dead.

The staff for the most part was nice and tried to accommodate when issues were pointed out, but it didn't make up for the fact that they had to -- the bathroom was dirty when we got there, the continental breakfast was positively awful, one waitress hadn't the faintest idea of how to do her job, etc.
