1. It's hard for me to imagine that Sagamore souvenirs are doing well on eBay.

2. The last 20 months have been hard for everyone, and most probably for the hotel/service industry that counts on our disposable income.
"perfect location, extremely friendly sevice and a great place to stay " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/6/2010 Vote
3. The art collection is nothing impressive, hardly enough to call this place an ART HOTEL.

4. we did not even know that we could get a cooked breakfast until day 2 there is no one to look after your guests at breakfast and the breakfast is poor no cerals or youghurts or fresh fruit just pastries and cup cakes not every one wants sugar fulled breakfasts, pool people great very helpfull but after 5,30pm no one at the pool bar no one in the hotel bar one night we asked if we could have a drink and they had to get someone from the kitchen to open to cans of beer and a coke it felt like we were staying some where that everyone had left the party why not have some theme nights you have a great hotel but it was dead at night the bar was not open once at night, our son's bed pullout was awful hard and then saggy in the middle so his head was up high and his body was on the floor he had to sleep with us for 3 nights not good or romantic.

5. The rooms are big, but if they open the sofa bed and leave it open throughout your stay, even if it's only one person in the room and you tell the front desk that you don't want it open, then you can hardly use the living room.
"Average, not worth the money we payed. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/3/2009 Vote
6. when we came 2 days later they gave us 2 tops (both non branded) and 9 pieces of designer tops (ed hardy, cavalli etc etc) were gone and apparently never found.
"quite nice BUT bring a lockable closet " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/9/2008 Vote
7. The closet is very small and the bed is close to the closet door so it's a bit hard to get your clothes out, and the safe is in another closet which you almost kill yourself trying to use, as well as some other similar issues.
