3. Sagamore is not what it used to be, I agree with others guests you don't feel safe in this property anymore, balcony doors don't lock( broken) alarm system is malfunctioning.

5. We called the manager, and after 30 min of talking they put us into a smaller room, which also had broken lights, safe wouldn't lock, and not cleaned properly.
