3. The staff for the most part was nice and tried to accommodate when issues were pointed out, but it didn't make up for the fact that they had to -- the bathroom was dirty when we got there, the continental breakfast was positively awful, one waitress hadn't the faintest idea of how to do her job, etc.

4. we did not even know that we could get a cooked breakfast until day 2 there is no one to look after your guests at breakfast and the breakfast is poor no cerals or youghurts or fresh fruit just pastries and cup cakes not every one wants sugar fulled breakfasts, pool people great very helpfull but after 5,30pm no one at the pool bar no one in the hotel bar one night we asked if we could have a drink and they had to get someone from the kitchen to open to cans of beer and a coke it felt like we were staying some where that everyone had left the party why not have some theme nights you have a great hotel but it was dead at night the bar was not open once at night, our son's bed pullout was awful hard and then saggy in the middle so his head was up high and his body was on the floor he had to sleep with us for 3 nights not good or romantic.

7. I also had a look at several rooms as the first one I was put into looked smack bang into a nother building just a few metres away , which was quite awful.

9. We were not the only ones who had a problem with the smell; I talked to other guests who were staying at the bungalows by the pool, who said the smell was awful day and night.

10. Now the downside - despite the ultramodern, clean main reception area - the carpets on the main corridors are horrendous - dingy, stained - awful.
