1. Which leads me to the first complaint I have of the Sagamore - despite multiple calls to the hotel in preparation for our trip, including one in which we specifically asked about the pull-out sofa to accommodate our CHILDREN in the room - why didn't anyone tell us? I am not kidding, it was like staying in a hotel on bourbon street during mardis gras.

2. I can understand some of the complaints by other posters--with things like aging furniture, cleanliness, and limited poolside chairs.

4. All in all it was a great stay and my only complaint was drink service at the beach took longer than expected in the afternoon but then again considering all the other positives we would definitely go back.

8. My only suggestions/minor complaints are as follows: the drinks by the pool are unreasonably expensive, even by South Beach standards, and the parking (at $35/night) is a bit much.

10. Check out was fine (by Nicole) - no real complaint there other than the addition of the resort fees which had to be taken off the bill (they were without drama).
