1. In a nutshell: Incredibly uncomfortable mattresses (my back has finally recovered); horrible breakfast buffet (dried, burnt food items were only re-stocked when requested; salt and pepper? Gotta request that); extra fees for beach chairs (oh, please, at $500 bucks a night, just throw in the $15 Target chair.
