1. The king size bed was very uncomfortable and to make matters worse the first set of sheets were worn to the point having small holes.

5. Furniture looks like it was from the 90's and was really worn in - good if your trying to reminisce about your childhood, depends on what your looking for- Loud on Lanai, you can hear full conversations of people above and below and all of the footsteps and chairs creaking.

8. The kitchen was dated and worn, the curtains stained and torn, the bathroom vanity was made of white stained lino?? The wallpaper was torn and stained in almost all corners and down by the baseboards and the carpet was stained in many areas.

9. The condo living quarters were a bit dated, carpet looked old and worn, furniture & pictures were very old as well - but, the kitchen & bathroom all had updated cabinetry, countertops, faucets, etc.

10. The carpet was a little worn, with some stains, defenitly needed replaced, however this didn't bother us, we come to expect this from alot of Beach ocean front rooms, kind of hard to keep carpet like new.
