1. We highly recommend the Alli Nui and the Hula Girl for all of the boat trips, both are pricey but well worth it.

4. :) A short walk up the road from the Mahana, there is also a grocery store (pretty pricey), a Subway, an Italian restaurant, and a coffee shop.

5. We felt an onsite restaurant was not necessary for us so it didn't bother us that they don't have one (they have snacks for sale in the lobby but we didn't buy any so not sure how pricey).
