1. The one we stayed in the first time needed updating badly and the one we stayed at last week was decorated okay except the carpet was filthy, bathroom outdated, wallpaper was old and someone had partially painted the room leaving the area behind the bed and nightstand unpainted.

4. I was very unhappy in the condo room 419 at the Mahana, the master bedroom was VERY outdated.

6. The lobby of the builiding is a little outdated and does not offer all the amenities of a full service resort and spa, but the unit itself (#308) has been recently remodeled and looks brand new.

7. Our second room was okey, though needed improvement (the bathroom was outdated and somewhat dirty to the point that I had to wear slippers while taking a shower, and the comforters looks as if it has not been washed for at least a year)but the view from the outside was nice.
