1. Interesting enough, the least friendly were the people who worked the front desk - they weren't unfriendly, just not overly friendly.

3. It was not our fault, I booked through cheap tickets, and there was no note saying we should get a bigger condo when booking, so we assumed everything was OK, but when they realized our party had 3 people, they suddenly changed from nice to unfriendly.

4. I will say this, before we got there I read reviews about the front desk people being unfriendly and not willing to help in certain situations, I found this completely untrue.
