4. )The staff were friendly but on a couple of calls from our room to the front desk they were unhelpful and put us through to other deptments?The pool was lovely and warm (outside) and pool bar service was good, very busy and hard to get a bed in the sun but my kids spent all the time in the water so not too much of a prob.
