2. We are quite well travelled and generally don't complain much as we understand different places offer different things and we have to try and fit in for the duration, but this hotel was very poor.

3. front desk service non existant and staff seem pained to help the poor thingsi saw several people stoped by security at the pool entrance in the lobby wanting to go to their rooms and were told to use an alternate route rooms were nice and clean.

10. Great ambience and modern updated rooms, great poolside deck and atmosphere, however the service and helpfulness of the staff were so poor, I would never stay at the Roosevelt again and I would not recommend any friends or family to stay here either.
