1. I realise that the hotel cannot be held responsible for the people hanging around outside but homeless people with trolleys is not what I was expecting, and some of the unsavoury characters made us feel very uncomfortable.

2. Extremely uncomfortable and we have never felt like this at any other hotel, and we have stayed at quite a few and all 4 or 5 stars.

3. The owners of the hotel seriously need to reconsider who they are contracting the leases of the bars to as they are making this hotel a very uncomfortable place to stay.

4. We found the bed too small and uncomfortable, very loud airconditioning fan that you can not turn off, I am not a light sleeper but it kept me awake - on the second night at around 3am I asked at the check in desk if they could get someone to come and turn it off.
