1. The only complaint was that the people in the next room were very noisy, despite our resquests for them to tone it down.

8. First complaint was our concierge didn't know how to help us to get an international line out to Australia, so that was quite irritating, however his replacement, a lovely woman, redeemed them all by recommending the loveliest restaurant, and then securing us a booking there that evening.

10. My only minor complaint with the hotel is that there are only two lifts and they are quite slow which means quite a long wait for a lift, but I understand that this is a very old hotel so I can easily look past that.
