1. I have stayed there several times and have never had any issues.

5. I know each of these issues sound minor and random, but, my general feeling is that for the price they charge per room, you should expect good customer service and attention to details.

6. The atmosphere of the Roosevelt is a bit dark -- qualifies as 'cool' in the evenings, but in the morning dim lighting and techno music is a bit out of place/jarring -- but that's only a minor issue.
