1. We complained bitterly the next day and managed to get our bill reduced, but this was only after we insisted on seeing the manager.

7. Considering we paid to stay at the hotel, and that there was only a half hour left until the bar closed, I called the front desk to complain and was told by the gentleman who answered, "Just because you're a guest doesn't guarantee entry into Teddy's.

8. We are quite well travelled and generally don't complain much as we understand different places offer different things and we have to try and fit in for the duration, but this hotel was very poor.
