1. When I opened the door, and walked into the new room, there were two staff members (not housecleaning) that had shocked looks on their faces (guilty looks).

3. We arrived in Hollywood and were quite overwelmed by the fast pace of the place and were even more shocked by the valet parking at the Roosevelt hotel - it was very expensive.
