1. There's the Tropicana Bar which is usually hard to get in if you're not a guest, celeb or know someone.

The front desk staff were ridiculously rude and full of attitude when we attempted to check in early, so we went to the pool, where the hostess gave us a hard time getting in, and then some guy in a Fedora hat with a little spiral notebook informed us we were not likely to get poolside chairs until 4 p.

5. The hotel restuarant was nice, lovely steak and the prix fixe menu for 40 dollars for 3 courses represented good value for money in comparision to other top class hotels in the area, in the Bev Wilshire for example this would hardly buy you lunch.

Arrived here on a saturday afternoon firstly if you have a car you have to pay $23 per night tp park plus any tips this is not clear anywhere beforeReceptionist didn't look too welcoming we asked for a room with a boulevard view we were given a car park viewRooms are painted chocolate brown and white furniture is choclate brown rooms are very unwelcoming fairly big but hardly any furniture too fill it dont expect any soft furnishingsI thought it looked very much like a travelodge/premier inn these are cosierin my opnion toooo expensive you are payng for location not roomyou'd be better off staying somewhere else and walking through hotel.

9. First I will say that this hotel tries so hard to be cool and the `it` place to stay but would be better suited to invest that money on a new elevator and carpeting.
