7. Rooms service and maid service were prompt and attentive, and for a change they really won`t disturb you if you leave the 'Do Not disturb' sign on your door, a variance from most hotels where maid staff take it to mean knock really softly.

8. yes we got upgraded we think because there was a movie magazine awards so as not to be disturbed by noise, so that quashes the main bad review going around of staff not doing anything about the noise.
