1. unfortunately, the hotel staff wasn't helpful at all and be careful ordering pool drinks, I caught the bartender substituting ultra cheap liquor for the liquor called out on the bar menu.

2. unfortunately, the walls seemed VERY thin and since we were on the ground floor, we were awoken EARLY (6am-ish) by either vacationers rolling their luggage or housekeeping rolling their laundry bins.

4. unfortunately when we got to Oahu I discovered that I had left my wallet, and ALL my jewelry in the room at the Hilton (Ooops.

9. unfortunately, by 10:30 breakfast was over but, after asking at Browns cafe the wonderful manager there accompanied us to the take away market near the pool & asked them to make some breakfast items.

10. We were unfortunately disappointed with the property and were quite happy to be leaving to tha Mauna Lani (see my review for that property).
