1. The grounds are immaculate, the pools are fairly good but cold, and the beach poor.

2. price of food etc in hotel restaurants - as expected - burgers for $15 ++, pizza for one $12 ++, adss up fast, breakfast is $25 adult and $15 kids 5-12 ++bad points : no free internet - charge min $5 at the outsourced business centre which is poor form imo - closest cheaper internet at shops in waikoloa village (drive 10 mins) - open only office hours.

5. You decide: are you sorry for the poor dolphins in captivity, or happy for them that they can live twice as long as in the sea, no stress, good food, getting massages, etc.

7. Also, as a Hilton diamond member the perks are very poor at this hotel compared to the Hyatt we stayed at on Kauai.
