1. Our room was suppose to be an ocean view, but we got a view of the golfcourse with a tiny peek at the ocean from our balcony.

2. The room was dirty - I picked up a pad of paper and a bunch of tiny ants went scurrying (this was when I checked in so I had no food yet)I went to the maola lounge and ordered some food & drinks - overpriced (OK that's to be expected in Hawaii) but AWFUL food.
