3. The only negative is it is quite a noisy hotel - the area just seems to pickup a lot of outside noise and yes you can hear it from the room.

4. Very courteous staff, breakfast was very good, accommodations were good, the only problems we had were the neighbors were noisy until we pounded on the wall and told them to be quiet at 5 AM.

5. The room was very noisy at night, between the thin door/walls, we could hear the cars at the intersection and the hissing wind while we tried to sleep.

Anyway, it took about 30 minutes for them to bring a cot, and they said we could change rooms the next day, however it would have been quite inconvenient to not have access to our 'stuff' for 5 hours when traveling with a child, and we liked the room location (18th floor and end of the hall, away from elevators) so we figured we would stay put in case we got a noisy room in exchange for this one, and didn't want our stuff held hostage over and over until we were satisfied.
